Planning and design for renovation and expansion of lodge building
for community hall and new offices for LaPorte County Park Department (John W. Werntz Architect)
Central Park - Warsaw, Indiana
Planning and design for a new urban park in downtown Warsaw.
Project included large outdoor sitting area, water display fountains, picnic
shelters, restroom facility, site lighting, landscape, irrigation and outdoor
performance plazas. Work included relocation of two city streets, new storm
sewer system and construction of six parking lots.
Woodland Park Community Playground - Portage, Indiana
Planning and design of a new community-built playground.
Volunteers completed the installation of the $100,000 playground in
one weekend.
