LaPorte Park Improvement Program - LaPorte, Indiana
Development of an overall improvement program for all parks and facilities.
Total proposed improvements were over $7 million. Improvement program formed the basis
for a $3.2 million general obligation bond issue. Project included detailed cost estimate
and rendered plans for bond presentation.
Portage Park Improvement Program - Portage, Indiana
Development of an overall improvement program for all parks and facilities.
Total proposed improvements were over $20 million. Improvement program will be the basis for
development of a financial plan for implementation of projects. Projects included detailed
cost estimate and rendered plans for presentation.
Red Mill Property Master Plan - LaPorte County, Indiana
Planning and design for a new 160-acre county park. Site was a former
Girl Scout camp with a large significant wetlands and pond. Approximately 107-acres
of the site will be dedicated state nature preserve. Planning included an interpretive
center, restroom facilities, outdoor programming, walking trails, picnic areas, parking
and maintenance facilities.
Argos Community Park Master Plan - Argos, Indiana
Planning and design for a new 34-acre community park. Design
included two ball diamonds, two soccer fields, community building, walking trails,
nature trails, picnic areas and shelters, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball,
restroom facilities, parking and infrastructure. Master plan formed the basis
for a Hometown Indiana Grant application.
Evergreen Park Master Plan - Huntington, Indiana
Planning and design for a new 60-acre community park. Design
included two ball diamonds, two walking trails, nature trails, picnic areas and
shelters, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, restroom facilities, parking and
infrastructure.
